Whats the difference between hosting packages?

The main diffrence in our hosting packages in storage space, and bandwith usage. The basic package includes 250MB storage, and 2000MB bandwith. We can also custimize your package to fit your needs, and you can upgrade at any time for FREE!

How do I change my DNS?

Changing your domain name servers (DNS) very. With most registers you can access your DNS through your account settings. The current name servers are NS1.jcjhosting.com & NS2.jcjhosting.com - please check out our tutorials for more information.

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa & Mastercard through PayPal for secure credit card processing.

How long will it take to set up my account?

Upon signing up, you'll receive an email stating that jcjhosting.com has received your order and is processing it. Your e-mail will contain a url you can use to access your cPanel. Account set up averages around 15min. Domain names can take up to 72hrs for a domain to fully replicate changes, additions, or deletions across all name servers.

How do I creat e-mail accounts?

To create an email account, login to your control panel and click Mail, then Add/Remove Email Accounts.
*NOTE: By default you have no email address setup. The main username may look like it is setup as an email, but if you wish to use it, you will need to add it as an email account.
